Terms

The service: Hawk Simulations is a browser platform for engineering design and simulation. We improve it continuously, so features and prices can change.
Your account: Give accurate details and keep your password secret. Each person can have one account. The free credit is for trying the service, and we can close accounts made to get it again.
Credit: New accounts get free credit. Compute and AI use draw it down, and your statement in the workbench lists each charge. You pay for credit before you use it. Credit has no cash value.
Your work: You own what you upload and create. When a project is public, you allow other users to see it and copy it. Upload only what you have the right to share.
Results: Simulation results are engineering estimates. The platform records how it made each result and shows which results passed their checks. You must check a result before you use it for a design, safety or certification decision.
Fair use: Do not use the service for anything unlawful. Do not try to break or overload it, do not sell access to it, and do not upload anything that you have no right to use. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
