- What we collect
- When you sign up: your name and email address. When you use the workbench: your geometry, projects, runs, results, uploaded files and copilot conversations. For billing: the compute and AI that you use, your credit and your payments. For security: each sign-in attempt, with the time, the IP address, the browser and the email address entered. When you use the contact form: your name, email address, organisation and message.
- Public projects
- Projects on free accounts are public by default. Other users can see a public project and make a copy of it. Do not put anything in a public project that you are not free to share.
- How we use it
- We use your data to operate the service: to run your simulations and the copilot, to measure your use against your credit, to keep the service secure and to send you emails about your account. We keep copilot conversations, and we use them to improve the copilot. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- Emails
- We send emails about your account: address confirmation, password resets and invitations. If a user shares a project with an email address that has no account, we make an account for that address and send it an invitation.
- Who else processes it
- Google Cloud hosts the service in the United States. Anthropic provides the AI models behind the copilot. It receives your prompts and the project data that the copilot reads to answer them. If you buy credit, Stripe processes the payment, and we do not see your card number.
- Our staff
- Our administrators can see account, usage and sign-in records to operate and secure the service. Our support staff get access to a project when you share it with support.
- Cookies and browser storage
- This site sets no cookies and has no analytics. When you sign in, the workbench sets one cookie that keeps you signed in across tabs. Scripts on the page cannot read it, and signing out deletes it. The workbench also keeps your display preferences in your browser.
- How long we keep it, and your rights
- We delete data automatically after a retention period. If you close your account, sign-in stops. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time. We keep billing records when the law or our accounts require them.
